Accessibility Updates

Introducing Freshline's Accessibility Updates!

At Freshline, we understand the importance of inclusive and accessible eCommerce ordering. That's why we are thrilled to announce our latest feature, Accessibility Updates, designed to follow the ARIA accessibility standard and ADA compliance.

With Accessibility Updates, we have implemented features that empower individuals with visual impairments to easily place online orders. Suppliers can now enable options such as text-to-speech descriptions, keyboard navigation, and other accessibility enhancements for their products. This ensures that blind and visually impaired users can navigate and order products with ease.

To access these updates, simply go to your Store tab and select Accessibility Updates. We are committed to making Freshline a platform that is accessible to all users, and we are proud to take this step towards greater inclusivity in eCommerce.

From here you can add a collection from your collections page to an availability override list and select which days you would like to display as available or blocked.

Multiple Business Contacts

Introducing Freshline's Multiple Business Contacts Feature for B2B eCommerce Ordering!

We understand that many food distributors have unique schedules and requirements, especially around the holidays, and with recent supply chain challenges, customization is key. That's why we are excited to announce our latest feature called Multiple Business Contacts, designed to enhance B2B eCommerce ordering on Freshline.

With Multiple Business Contacts, suppliers can now have multiple accounts with different logins, each with their own permissions for accessing order history, invoice payment, and B2B ordering. This enables businesses to easily manage their accounts, streamline communication, and have better control over their procurement process.

To access this feature, simply navigate to your Store tab and select Multiple Business Contacts. This latest addition further advances Freshline's robust fulfillment system, providing businesses with the flexibility and convenience they need for B2B eCommerce ordering. We are committed to empowering businesses with efficient and tailored solutions, and Multiple Business Contacts is another step towards achieving that goal.

  1. On the Wholesale tab, navigate to the Businesses page.
  2. Search for a wholesale client and click into their page;
  3. Search for a business under Accounts and select it. The wholesale client will be automatically added to the business.
  4. You can remove access from the customer at anytime by navigating back to the Businesses page and selecting 'Remove'.
